The second round of the 2026 China Off-Road Championship (COC) concluded in Litong District, Wuzhong, Ningxia, on September 27.

After a demanding programme of qualifying, heats and finals, the RYDANZ Tyre Team finished the weekend with multiple podium results.
Competing across two different categories, Yang Endong secured victory in the Rally 4WD category and finished second in the UTV Modified category. RYDANZ Tyre Team also claimed the Rally 4WD Club Cup title at the Litong round.

Two Vehicles. Two Driving Styles. One Demanding Weekend.
At Litong, Yang Endong took on the rare challenge of competing in two categories.
He competed in the Rally 4WD category behind the wheel of his Ford Fiesta rally car while also switching to a UTV for the Modified category.
The two vehicles demand significantly different driving approaches.
Rally competition places greater emphasis on precise racing lines, maintaining speed through continuous sections, braking control and accurate transitions. UTV competition, meanwhile, requires drivers to manage rapid acceleration, repeated bumps and jumps, and rapid changes in vehicle balance.
Switching between the two throughout the same event placed additional demands on driver adaptation, concentration and rhythm.
Yang established his position early in the weekend, taking pole position in the Rally 4WD category during qualifying on September 25 before remaining at the top of the category through the heats.

Track conditions continued to evolve during the final as repeated runs disturbed the gravel surface and created looser sections around several corners.
With jumps, technical combinations and changing levels of grip all affecting the racing line, Yang adjusted his approach according to the developing surface conditions and maintained his advantage to secure the Rally 4WD victory.
He then added another podium finish by taking runner-up in the highly competitive UTV Modified final.
RALLY1 and Gravel2 — Built for Different Off-Road Challenges
Different forms of off-road motorsport place different demands on a tyre.
For the rally categories at Litong, RYDANZ RALLY1 competition tyres were once again put into real competitive conditions.
High-speed sections, repeated direction changes, braking zones and loose surfaces require a tyre to balance precise response with structural strength and resistance to impact.

RALLY1 has already gained competition experience through events including the China Rally Championship, giving RYDANZ continued opportunities to evaluate the tyre across changing surfaces and racing conditions.

At the COC Litong round, drivers competing on RYDANZ RALLY1 tyres occupied the podium positions across the Rally 4WD and Rally 2WD categories.
For the specific demands of COC-style off-road racing, RYDANZ Gravel2 is developed for conditions including gravel, mud, jumps and repeated high-impact loading.
Its specialised tread compound, reinforced carcass construction and off-road tread design are engineered to support traction, mud evacuation, impact resistance and durability as track conditions change throughout competition.

Motorsport as a Continuous Proving Ground
Rally and closed-course off-road racing create very different performance environments.
High speeds, heavy braking, rapid transitions, gravel impacts, jump landings and muddy surfaces continuously change the loads placed on a competition tyre.

For RYDANZ, motorsport is therefore about more than the final podium result.
Real competition provides an important environment for continuous product validation. By running tyres across different vehicles, circuits and surfaces, RYDANZ continues to build experience in traction, handling, durability and structural performance under genuine high-load conditions.
One round ends. Another set of competition experience is gained.
RYDANZ Tyre Team will continue its motorsport programme and take on the next challenge as the season moves forward.
