Wuyi, Zhejiang, May 31 — After three days and 12 special stages, the 2026 “Kombach Cup” China Wuyi Rally concluded successfully in Wuyi, Zhejiang, widely known as the “Home of Chinese Rally.” RYDANZ Tyre Team driver Yang Endong, with co-driver Hao Peng, delivered a composed and strategic performance in car No. 67, ultimately taking victory in the 4WD N4 class and adding another major trophy to the team’s record. A total of 25 top rally teams, 73 race cars, and 146 drivers and co-drivers from China and abroad gathered in Wuyi, competing across multiple categories including Open 4WD, Open 2WD, and Novice classes. The strong entry list made this round one of the most competitive domestic rally events in recent years. As one of China’s most iconic rally venues, Wuyi once again demonstrated the depth of its rally heritage through a demanding stage design. The 12-stage route included asphalt roads, concrete sections, the highly technical “Xu Lang Corner,” and challenging night stages, placing extremely high demands on driver precision, braking control, pace management, and tyre stability under changing conditions. As a key driver for RYDANZ Tyre Team, Yang Endong had already shown strong form last season by finishing as runner-up in the annual Professional Rally category. Returning to Wuyi this year in a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX, Yang set his sights firmly on the class victory. On the opening day, despite asphalt and concrete not being his strongest surfaces, he adapted quickly and kept himself firmly within the top three of the class, building a solid foundation for the final push. On the last day of competition, Yang increased his pace decisively. After the race, Yang said: “This year’s event was very lively, and many of the top rally drivers in China came to compete, so the competition was extremely intense. Asphalt and concrete are not the surfaces I am most familiar with, but I have been working hard to learn and adapt. The Wuyi stages are very challenging, and controlling the braking points well is the key to winning.” At the 2026 Wuyi Rally, the RYDANZ R33 played an important role in supporting the team through high-intensity tarmac rally conditions. According to the product information, The R33 is a competition tyre developed for D1GP drifting, straight-line acceleration, and tarmac rally applications, with a focus on durability, structural stability, and consistent performance output. Its precisely designed tread helps deliver even and stable wear under aggressive driving, sustained acceleration, and demanding tarmac rally conditions, while maintaining reliable support through repeated deformation and impact. For the high-speed sections, continuous corners, night stages, and changing road surfaces of Wuyi, the R33’s asymmetric tread pattern and larger, sturdier outer tread blocks provided strong support under cornering loads, weight transfer, and heavy braking. At the same time, its balance between grip and slide allowed the driver to manage vehicle attitude more confidently from corner entry to exit, supporting a stable and controlled racing rhythm. It is also worth noting that the event achieved one of the highest finish rates seen in Chinese rallying in recent years. From April 24 to 26, 2026, the CHC China Hill Climb Championship Hanyin Round brought intense competition to a demanding mountain-road course in Hanyin, Shaanxi. As one of China’s representative motorsport formats that combines speed, precision control and route judgement, the event challenged drivers across multiple categories with changing gradients, consecutive corners and high-speed uphill sections. RYDANZ appeared at the Hanyin round with its motorsport tyre products, supporting performance vehicles under real racing conditions. One of the most important performance highlights of the weekend was achieved on RYDANZ tyres. At the Hanyin round, driver Billy Lo set the overall fastest time of the event with a 6:44.59 run in an Audi R8 GT3. The car was equipped with RYDANZ R50 tyres, using 295/35R18 on the front axle and 335/35R18 on the rear axle. This result demonstrated not only the driver’s pace and the race car’s capability, but also the R50’s grip, support and stability under high-speed, high-load and continuous-cornering conditions. As one of China’s most demanding national off-road racing events, the championship is known for its challenging track layouts and extreme surface conditions, placing high demands on vehicle performance and tyre reliability. 　　At the season finale, Rydanz Racing Team entered the UTV Modified Class with drivers Wang Xiang and Yang Endong, competing across gravel sections, muddy terrain, and high-impact off-road obstacles. 　　Maintaining a consistent race rhythm throughout the event, the team completed the demanding final round, with Wang Xiang finishing third in class, marking a solid conclusion to the 2025 season. 　　Throughout 2025, Rydanz has continuously used real-world competition as a proving ground for product development.
